Since its creation, SUPRE has fulfilled the legal and administrative regulations demanded for its rightful functioning, and is operating within the norms ruling Private Security Firms, being presently registered with Permission Number 2062 dated  June 17 2009, in file 2615/06 issued by Mexico Distrito Federal's Public Security Secretariat, valid until June 17, 2010.
